Ningbo Sanitar Metal Products Co.,Ltd., (Sanitar Metal) a family business from Saudi Arabia, hired ABiC to provide consultancy and project management for the re-implementation project of Kingdee K/3 system.

Sanitar Metal produces sanitary and bath wares in Ningbo and exports to Saudi Arabia. Sanitar Metal purchased and started to use Kingdee K/3 system since two years ago. As current situation, Sanitar Metal faces the following application issues

- Needs financial accounting capabilities to handle requirements posed by local accounting and taxation regulations, while provide customized management accounting reports for business analysis.
- Needs to fix the issues of not-clearly defined business and internal control procedures, master and transaction data specifications and the resulting data inaccuracies in the system.
- Needs to realize the advanced manufacturing and sub-contract functionalities to support the management of production planning, shop-floor work tracking, scrapping and re-working process, subcontract and production costing.

The re-implementation project started since the end of July and now is running right on schedule with the blueprinting stage, which is regarded as the most critical part of the project, completed and confirmed. The project team is preparing the reports development, data preparation, and training etc. for the blueprint realization stage as the next step.
